Comparison review
The iPhone 8 is just a bit better than Galaxy S6, getting a score of 85 against 83.5. IPhone 8's body is noticeably newer than the Galaxy S6's, although it is a little bit heavier and just a little bit thicker. Samsung Galaxy S6's CPU is just as good as the Apple iPhone 8 one, and although the Samsung Galaxy S6 has a higher number of cores , an extra GPU and a higher amount of RAM memory, they both have a 64-bits CPU.
The Galaxy S6 counts with an incredibly better looking screen than iPhone 8, because it has a lot higher pixel amount per display inch, a much higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and a little larger screen. Apple iPhone 8 features a very superior storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy S6, because it has 224 GB more internal storage capacity.
IPhone 8 captures slightly better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S6, because although it has a back facing camera with a lot lower 12 mega-pixels resolution, a lower 3840x2160 video definition and a tinier sensor taking worse quality videos and images, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture.
Galaxy S6 counts with a much better battery lifetime than iPhone 8, because it has a 40% more battery size.
Although iPhone 8 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Galaxy S6, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy S6. If you are trying to save a few dollars, you can buy Galaxy S6, giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
