LG G3 captures clearer videos and photos than LG Aristo 5, because although it has a tinier sensor taking lower quality videos and pictures and a much tinier aperture, and they both have a back camera with a 13 mega pixels resolution, the LG G3 also counts with a lot higher video resolution. LG G3 counts with a much bigger storage capacity for applications and games than LG Aristo 5, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the LG G3 also has an external SD slot that holds up to 128 GB.
The LG Aristo 5's battery performance is very similar to LG G3's battery life.
The LG G3 costs a little more than the LG Aristo 5, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
