The LG G8X ThinQ has a global score of 82.7, which is much better than Galaxy S III's general score of 72.7. Both phones we are comparing use Android OS (operating system), but LG G8X ThinQ has 10 version while Galaxy S III has Android 4.3 version, providing some nice extra features. The LG G8X ThinQ construction is extremely newer and just a little thinner, but incredibly heavier than Galaxy S III.

The Samsung Galaxy S III features a bit sharper display than LG G8X ThinQ, although it has a quite worse amount of pixels per inch in the screen, a way worse resolution of 1280 x 720px and a lot smaller display. LG G8X ThinQ features a bit more powerful processing unit than Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics co-processor, it also counts with more cores and a higher amount of RAM.

The LG G8X ThinQ captures better photos and videos than Galaxy S III, because it has a back facing camera with a much better resolution, a lot higher (4K) video quality, a much bigger diafragm aperture for better images and video in low light situations and a bigger back camera sensor providing a better image quality.

The LG G8X ThinQ counts with a superior storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S III, because it has an external memory card slot that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB and more internal memory. The LG G8X ThinQ features a much longer battery performance than Galaxy S III, because it has a 90 percent more battery capacity.

LG G8X ThinQ costs a bit more money than the Samsung Galaxy S III, but it's still a great choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
