The Galaxy S6 has a general score of 83.5, which is much better than the Motorola DROID Turbo 2's score of 75.4. The Galaxy S6 is a lighter and much thinner cellphone than the Motorola DROID Turbo 2, although both of them were released only 7 months apart. The Samsung Galaxy S6 features a more vivid display than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 2560 x 1440, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also counts with a just a bit higher pixels amount per inch in the screen.

The Galaxy S6 features a more powerful processor than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, and although they both have a 3 GB RAM and the same number of cores, the Galaxy S6 also has a GPU and a 64 bits CPU. The Galaxy S6 has a bit better camera than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, because although it has a worse (4K) video quality and a lot less MP camera, it also counts with a bigger aperture to take better images and videos in low-light environments.

The Motorola DROID Turbo 2 counts with a lot bigger storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 1,95 TB and more internal storage. Motorola DROID Turbo 2 counts with a way better battery performance than Galaxy S6, because it has a 47% larger battery capacity.

Although Samsung Galaxy S6 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Motorola DROID Turbo 2, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Motorola DROID Turbo 2. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S6, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Motorola DROID Turbo 2, giving up some features and specs.
