The Galaxy S6 is much better than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, with a general score of 85.1 against 75.4. Galaxy S6 counts with a brighter screen than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have the same 2560 x 1440 resolution, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a little bit greater pixels density.
Motorola DROID Turbo 2 features a very superior memory to install games and applications than Galaxy S6, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Motorola DROID Turbo 2 also has an external SD slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. The Galaxy S6 counts with a better performing processing unit than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU and a 3 GB RAM, the Galaxy S6 also has a 64-bit CPU and an additional graphics co-processor.
Galaxy S6 captures a little bit better pictures and videos than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a back camera with way less mega-pixels, it also counts with a larger aperture. The Motorola DROID Turbo 2 has a very superior battery life than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has a 3760mAh battery size.
Although Galaxy S6 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Motorola DROID Turbo 2. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy the Galaxy S6, else you can save some dollars and buy the Motorola DROID Turbo 2, giving up a couple specifications.
