The Galaxy S4 is slightly better than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, getting a 78.3 score against 74.8. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy S4 has an older 5.0 version and Motorola DROID Turbo 2 has Android 5.1. The Galaxy S4 design is thinner and lighter than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, although it was released 3 years before.

Galaxy S4 has a little bit better performance than Motorola DROID Turbo 2, because although it has 1 GB lesser RAM, it also counts with 7 more processing cores. The Motorola DROID Turbo 2 counts with a bit more vivid screen than Samsung Galaxy S4, because it has a little higher display pixel density, a quite larger screen and a higher 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution.

So if you need that extra features, you can buy the Samsung Galaxy S4, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Motorola DROID Turbo 2, giving up a couple features and specs.
