Comparison review

Galaxy Note 3 is a bit better than the Motorola DROID Turbo, getting an 81.1 score against 76.4. Galaxy Note 3's body is incredibly thinner and just a bit lighter than the Motorola DROID Turbo, despite of the fact that it was released only 14 months before. Both devices we compare here include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 3 has the newer 5.0 version while Motorola DROID Turbo has Android 4.4.4 version, so it offers some additional features.

The Motorola DROID Turbo counts with just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit and 3 GB of RAM, the Motorola DROID Turbo also has a better GPU working at 500 MHz. Motorola DROID Turbo has a bit better screen than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch of screen and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440.

Galaxy Note 3 has a superior storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Motorola DROID Turbo, because it has 32 GB more internal storage capacity and a slot for an external memory card that holds up to 64 GB. The Motorola DROID Turbo counts with greater battery life than Galaxy Note 3, because it has 3900mAh of battery capacity.

Motorola DROID Turbo features a slightly better camera than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has slower 24 fps video frame rate, and they both have the same video resolution, the Motorola DROID Turbo also counts with a camera with a much better 20.7 mega-pixels resolution and a bigger camera aperture to capture better captures in poorly lited environments.

Although Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Motorola DROID Turbo, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Motorola DROID Turbo. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy the Motorola DROID Turbo, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your money.
