The Galaxy Note Edge has a general score of 81.7, which is just a bit better than the Motorola DROID Turbo's 76.4 global score. Both phones in this comparison review include Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note Edge has a newer 5.0 version and Motorola DROID Turbo has Android 4.4.4. Galaxy Note Edge's construction is notably thinner but a bit heavier than Motorola DROID Turbo, and both were only released 2 months apart.

The Motorola DROID Turbo has just a bit better display than Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have the same resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, the Motorola DROID Turbo also counts with a little bit higher pixels density. The Galaxy Note Edge counts with a processor that is very similar to the processing unit in Motorola DROID Turbo, both have a 500 MHz graphics processing unit, 3 GB of RAM memory and 4 cpu cores.

So if you need that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy Note Edge, else you can save some money and get the Motorola DROID Turbo, giving up a couple features and specs.
