The Samsung Galaxy S6 is better than Moto Z3 Play, having an 87.3 score against 76.3. The Samsung Galaxy S6 is a somewhat lighter phone than the Moto Z3 Play, but they are equally thin. Galaxy S6 has a lot better looking display than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a greater pixels density and a better 2560 x 1440px resolution.

Galaxy S6 has a quite superior hardware performance than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a 64 bits CPU and an additional graphics co-processor. The Moto Z3 Play has a very superior storage for applications and games than Galaxy S6, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.

Motorola Moto Z3 Play has just a little bit longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has an 18% bigger battery size.
