Galaxy S6 Edge is slightly better than the Galaxy A50, getting an 85.7 score against 83.8. Galaxy S6 Edge is an a lot older phone than the Galaxy A50, but Samsung made it noticeably lighter and a little bit thinner anyway. Galaxy S6 Edge features a little bit better hardware performance than Galaxy A50, because although it has lesser RAM, and they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a graphics processor and a 64-bit processing unit.

Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a lot better display than Samsung Galaxy A50, because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with a higher screen pixel density and a higher 2560 x 1440px resolution. The Galaxy A50 captures much better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a smaller sensor, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Galaxy A50 also counts with a larger aperture to capture better images and video in poorly lited situations and a back camera with a way higher resolution.

Galaxy A50 counts with much more storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy S6 Edge, and although they both have the same internal memory, the Galaxy A50 also has an external memory slot that allows up to 512 GB. The Galaxy A50 counts with a much longer battery duration than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 54% greater battery capacity.

Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it costs more money than the Galaxy A50, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy A50. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy S6 Edge, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Galaxy A50, resigning a couple specs and features.
