Comparison review

The Galaxy Note 3 is slightly better than the LG G3, getting an 81.2 score against 74.1. Although the Galaxy Note 3 and the LG G3 were released with only a few months difference, Galaxy Note 3's construction is heavier but a little thinner than the LG G3. These phones work with the same Android 5.0 operating system, so both should give you very similar operating system features.

LG G3 features a brighter screen than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a greater quantity of pixels per inch in the display. The LG G3 has a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, although it has less RAM, they both have 4 processing cores and a 450 MHz graphics processing unit.

The Galaxy Note 3 has a much better storage capacity for apps and games than LG G3, because although it has a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory capacity. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features a bit superior battery lifetime than LG G3, because it has a 7 percent more battery size.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features just a bit better camera than LG G3, and although they both have the same video frame rates, a same size sensor, the same (4K) video quality and a back camera with a 13 mega pixels, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 also has a bigger camera aperture to capture better images and videos in poorly lited situations.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 costs a bit more money than the LG G3, but you can get a better phone for that few extra dollars.
