Galaxy Note 3 has a global score of 81.2, which is much better than the Motorola Moto X (2014)'s score of 73.4. The Galaxy Note 3 is an older and heavier cellphone than Motorola Moto X (2014), but Samsung managed to make it somewhat thinner anyway. Both of these devices work with the same Android 5.0 OS, so you shouldn't see any differences regarding operating system features.
Moto X (2014) features a bit sharper display than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1920 x 1080, the Moto X (2014) also counts with a quite greater display pixels density. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with a lot bigger memory capacity for apps and games than Moto X (2014), because it has more internal memory capacity and a slot for an SD memory card that supports up to 64 GB. The Galaxy Note 3 shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than Motorola Moto X (2014). Galaxy Note 3 has a superior battery life than Motorola Moto X (2014), because it has a 3200mAh battery size instead of 2300mAh.
Even being the best phone in our current comparison, Galaxy Note 3 is also a bit cheaper.
