Galaxy Note Edge is slightly better than the Galaxy Note 3, getting an 81.7 score against 81.2. These devices use the same Android 5.0 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't perceive any differences regarding operating system features. Galaxy Note Edge's design has the same thickness than the Galaxy Note 3, but it is a little heavier.

The Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because although it has a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and a higher pixel amount per inch of screen. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with a greater memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has an external SD slot that holds 64 GB smaller, it also counts with 64 GB internal storage.

Galaxy Note Edge has just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit and 3 GB of RAM memory, the Galaxy Note Edge also has a faster 500 MHz graphics co-processor. The Galaxy Note Edge captures clearer photos and videos than Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate, the same diafragm aperture and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Galaxy Note Edge also has a more MP camera and a bigger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors.

The Galaxy Note 3 has just a bit longer battery life than Galaxy Note Edge, because it has a 7 percent bigger battery size.

Even being the best phone in this comparison, the Galaxy Note Edge is also cheaper than the Galaxy Note 3, which makes it an easy decision.
