Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is much better than the Xperia Z3+, getting a score of 81.2 against 73.7. Even being the best phone in this comparison, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 body is older, heavier and somewhat thicker than the Xperia Z3+. Both devices we are comparing work with the same Android 5.0 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any difference regarding operating system features.

Sony Xperia Z3+ has a display that is just as good as the screen in Galaxy Note 3, because although the Sony Xperia Z3+ has a little smaller screen, and they both have the same exact 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a bit better amount of pixels per screen inch. The Galaxy Note 3 counts with a better processor than Sony Xperia Z3+, and although they both have a 3 GB RAM, the Galaxy Note 3 also has 3 more CPU cores and an extra graphics co-processor.

Sony Xperia Z3+ captures just a bit better photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rates and the same (4K) video quality, the Sony Xperia Z3+ also has a bigger camera aperture for better captures in low-light situations, a lot better 20.7 megapixels resolution back-facing camera and a lot bigger sensor shooting lot higher quality videos and photographs.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features a quite bigger memory for games and applications than Xperia Z3+, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that holds 64 GB smaller, it also counts with 64 GB internal memory. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with just a little better battery duration than Xperia Z3+, because it has a 9% bigger battery capacity.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3 costs a lot more than Sony Xperia Z3+, but it's still a great deal, as you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
