The Galaxy Note 4 has a global score of 81.6, which is much better than Samsung Galaxy Note II's overall score of 71.9. Both devices we are comparing work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 4 has a newer 5.0 version while Samsung Galaxy Note II has Android 4.1 version, so it gives some additional features and performance tweaks. The Galaxy Note 4 construction is newer, just a little bit lighter and somewhat thinner than Samsung Galaxy Note II.

Galaxy Note 4 features a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because although it has a weaker 500 megahertz GPU, and they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note 4 also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory. The Galaxy Note 4 has a sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because it has a much higher quantity of pixels per inch of display, a lot higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a little bit larger screen.

The Galaxy Note 4 takes way better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy Note II, because it has a lot higher (4K) video resolution and a back camera with a much better resolution. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 features much more memory capacity for applications and games than Galaxy Note II, because it has more internal memory capacity and a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 128 GB.
