Comparison review
Galaxy Note 4 has a global score of 81.6, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Note 3's 80.7 score. The Galaxy Note 4 is a just a little bit heavier phone than Galaxy Note 3, but they are equally thin. Both phones in this comparison review have the same Android 5.0 operating system, so they should provide the user all the same OS features.
The Galaxy Note 4 has a slightly better screen than Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Galaxy Note 4 also has more pixels per inch of display and a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Note 3, although it has an inferior number of cores and a slower graphics processor working at 500 megahertz, they both have 3 GB of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 captures slightly better pictures and videos than Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have a same size aperture, the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same video quality, the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 also has a back camera with a better 16 mega pixels resolution and a larger back-facing camera sensor taking better quality pictures.
Galaxy Note 3 has more memory capacity for games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 4, because although it has a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 64 GB against 128 GB, it also counts with 32 GB more internal memory. Galaxy Note 3 counts with a battery duration that's very similar to the battery life in Samsung Galaxy Note 4, although the Galaxy Note 3 has 3200mAh of battery capacity instead of 3220mAh.
Although Galaxy Note 4 is a better device, it is a little more expensive than the Galaxy Note 3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Galaxy Note 3. If you want to save some dollars, you can get Galaxy Note 3, and give up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most with your savings.
