Comparison review

The Galaxy Note 4 has a general score of 81.6, which is a little bit better than the Sony Xperia Z3's 77 general score. Although it's the best we are comparing here, it must be told that it's also a somewhat thicker and somewhat heavier device. Both phones we are comparing here include Android OS, but Galaxy Note 4 has a newer 5.0 version and Sony Xperia Z3 has Android 4.4.4.

The Sony Xperia Z3 features just a bit better looking screen than Galaxy Note 4, although it has a bit smaller display, a way worse 1920 x 1080px resolution and a just a little lower screen density. The Sony Xperia Z3 has as much storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos as the Galaxy Note 4, they have equal internal storage capacity and a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 128 GB.

Galaxy Note 4 features a little better hardware performance than Xperia Z3, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount and the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note 4 also has a much better graphics processing unit. Samsung Galaxy Note 4 counts with a bit better battery performance than Sony Xperia Z3, because it has a 4% more battery size.

The Xperia Z3 features a bit better camera than Galaxy Note 4, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, the Xperia Z3 also has a lot better resolution camera in the back, a bigger camera aperture and a larger back-facing camera sensor capturing higher quality pictures.

Although Galaxy Note 4 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Xperia Z3, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Xperia Z3. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy the Galaxy Note 4, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Xperia Z3, letting go some specifications.
