Comparison review

The Galaxy Note Edge has a score of 81.7, which is slightly better than the Xperia Z4v's 78.8 general score. The Galaxy Note Edge is an older and just a little bit heavier phone than Xperia Z4v, but Samsung was able to build it just a bit thinner anyway. Both devices in this review come with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note Edge has an older 5.0 version while Xperia Z4v has Android 5.1 version.

Samsung Galaxy Note Edge counts with a bit better processor than Sony Xperia Z4v, although it has a lower number of cores (although they are faster) and a weaker graphics processor, they both have 3 GB of RAM memory. Sony Xperia Z4v counts with a bit more vivid display than Galaxy Note Edge, because although it has a quite smaller screen, and they both have the same 2560 x 1440px resolution, the Sony Xperia Z4v also counts with a just a bit greater pixels density.

The Xperia Z4v features a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same 30 fps video frame rate, the Xperia Z4v also has a lot more mega pixels back facing camera, a bigger back camera sensor which offers a higher image and video quality and a larger diafragm aperture.

Xperia Z4v and Galaxy Note Edge count with quite similar storage for games and applications, both have exactly the same 32 GB internal storage capacity and an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 128 GB. The Sony Xperia Z4v counts with a battery lifetime that's just as good as the battery performance in Samsung Galaxy Note Edge.

The Galaxy Note Edge and the Xperia Z4v cost the same, which makes this phone a simple decision.
