Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S III has a general score of 70.8, which is slightly better than LG Fortune 3's 67.2 overall score. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy S III has 4.1.2 version while LG Fortune 3 has Android 10, providing some additional features and improved performance. Samsung Galaxy S III's design has the same thickness than LG Fortune 3, but it is a little lighter.
LG Fortune 3 has a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processor, and they both have a 2 GB RAM, the LG Fortune 3 also counts with 6 more cores. Galaxy S III features a sharper screen than LG Fortune 3, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a bit lower resolution of 1280 x 720px, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch in the display.
The Galaxy S III counts with a very superior storage for applications and games than LG Fortune 3, and although they both have exactly the same internal storage, the Galaxy S III also has an external memory card slot that supports up to 64 GB. The LG Fortune 3 takes just a bit better photos and videos than Galaxy S III, and although they both have the same video frame rates, the same 1920x1080 (Full HD) video definition and the same back camera sensor size, the LG Fortune 3 also has a back camera with a much higher 13 mega-pixels resolution and a lot bigger camera aperture for better low light images and video.
The LG Fortune 3 features a very superior battery duration than Galaxy S III, because it has 3000mAh of battery capacity instead of 2100mAh.
The Galaxy S III is a little more expensive than LG Fortune 3, but it's still a convenient choice, as you can get a lot more for that extra money.
