Galaxy S4 has a global score of 79, which is much better than Google Nexus 4's 67.3 general score. The Galaxy S4 is a thinner and a bit lighter cellphone than the Google Nexus 4, although they were only released with a couple of months difference. These devices include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S4 has the older 4.4.2 version while Google Nexus 4 has Android 5.0 version.

The Galaxy S4 counts with a little sharper screen than Google Nexus 4, because it has a little bit bigger display, a better pixel density and a much higher 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. The Galaxy S4 features a little better processing power than Google Nexus 4. They have a 2 GB RAM, a 400 MHz graphics co-processor and a Quad-Core processor.

Galaxy S4 has a much greater storage to store more games and applications than Google Nexus 4, because it has a slot for SD memory cards that supports a maximum of 64 GB and 56 GB more internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy S4 counts with improved battery life than Google Nexus 4, because it has a 2600mAh battery capacity instead of 2100mAh.
