Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S4 has a more recent 4.4.4 version and HTC One X+ LTE has Android 4.2.2 version, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features.

Samsung Galaxy S4 has just a little better processing power than HTC One X+ LTE, because although it has a worse graphics processing unit, and they both have a Quad-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy S4 also counts with more RAM memory. Galaxy S4 features a slightly better screen than HTC One X+ LTE, because it has a way higher 1920 x 1080 resolution, a little bit bigger display and a higher pixel density.

The Galaxy S4 has a lot bigger memory for applications and games than HTC One X+ LTE, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Galaxy S4 also has an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 64 GB. Samsung Galaxy S4 features a little bit better camera than HTC One X+ LTE, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Samsung Galaxy S4 also counts with a much more mega pixels back facing camera.
