Galaxy S4 is much better than the Xperia TL, having a overall score of 79 against 66.1. These phones use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S4 has a more recent 4.4.4 version and Xperia TL has Android 4.1 version. The Galaxy S4 is a somewhat lighter and thinner device than the Xperia TL, even when they were only released with a couple of months difference.

The Galaxy S4 costs a little more money than the Xperia TL, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
