Both of these phones include Android OS, but LG V40 ThinQ has 10 version and Galaxy S4 has Android 5.0 version, so it provides a lot of extra features and performance tweaks. LG V40 ThinQ's construction is incredibly newer and a little thinner, but also a lot heavier than Galaxy S4.
