The Samsung Galaxy S4 is much better than Moto E4, with a score of 79 against 66.5. The Motorola Moto E4 counts with a bit better battery lifetime than Galaxy S4, because it has an 8% bigger battery capacity. The Galaxy S4 features a bit better camera than Motorola Moto E4, and although they both have the same video frame rate, a F2.2 camera aperture and the same (Full HD) video quality, the Galaxy S4 also has a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels.
Galaxy S4 is a little more expensive than the Moto E4, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a lot more features for that extra money.
