Samsung Galaxy S4 has a general score of 79, which is a bit better than the LG G2's 73.5 overall score. Both of these devices include the same Android 4.4.2 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any differences in that aspect. Samsung Galaxy S4's construction is thinner and just a little lighter than LG G2, even though both were released only 5 months apart.

LG G2 features a little bit better looking display than Galaxy S4, because although it has a just a bit less pixels per inch of display, and they both have an equal resolution of 1920 x 1080px, the LG G2 also counts with a quite bigger screen. The Galaxy S4 features a way bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than LG G2, because it has 32 GB more internal storage capacity.

The LG G2 has a little better performance than Galaxy S4, and although they both have 4 processing cores and a 2 GB RAM memory, the LG G2 also has a faster 450 megahertz graphics processing unit. The LG G2 shoots clearer photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S4, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for low light photography, and they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution, the same resolution camera in the back and the same back camera sensor size, the LG G2 also counts with faster 60 frames per second video frame rates.
