The Galaxy S5 is a little bit better than Motorola Moto G Play, with a overall score of 77.7 against 71.3. Even though Galaxy S5 is notably older than Motorola Moto G Play, it's body is much lighter and somewhat thinner. The Galaxy S5 features just a little better hardware performance than Moto G Play, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM and an inferior number of cores , it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit.

Galaxy S5 features a much better screen than Motorola Moto G Play, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a much greater pixels count per inch in the screen and a lot higher resolution of 1920 x 1440 pixels.
