Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 has a global score of 87.3, which is a bit better than the LG V40 ThinQ's 81.2 overall score. Both phones in this comparison include Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S6 has the previous 5.0 version and LG V40 ThinQ has Android 10 version. Although Galaxy S6 is much older than LG V40 ThinQ, it's construction is a bit thinner and somewhat lighter.
Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with a little faster processing unit than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has 3 GB lesser RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also counts with an extra graphics processor and a 64 bits processor. The Galaxy S6 has a brighter display than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has a little bit worse resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a really smaller display, it also counts with a quite greater display pixel density.
The LG V40 ThinQ has a much bigger storage to install applications and games than Samsung Galaxy S6, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. The LG V40 ThinQ has longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has a 3300mAh battery capacity.
The LG V40 ThinQ shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy S6, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a back camera with way less mega pixels, and they both have a same size camera sensor, the LG V40 ThinQ also counts with a lot larger diafragm aperture.
Galaxy S6 costs more than LG V40 ThinQ, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
