The Galaxy S20 FE has a score of 90.8, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy S6's 87.3 global score. Both of these devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy S20 FE has 11 version and Galaxy S6 has Android 5.0 version. Although the Galaxy S20 FE is incredibly newer than Galaxy S6, it is somewhat thicker and noticeably heavier.
Galaxy S6 counts with just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy S20 FE, because although it has a lower amount of RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a 64-bits processor and a GPU. Galaxy S6 counts with a lot better screen than Galaxy S20 FE, because although it has a way smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a better display density.
Galaxy S20 FE has a way bigger memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy S6, and although they both have equal 128 GB internal storage, the Galaxy S20 FE also has a SD card slot that allows a maximum of 1000 GB. Galaxy S20 FE counts with a slightly better camera than Galaxy S6, because although it has a much lower resolution back camera and a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, it also counts with a way bigger camera sensor shooting lot better quality videos and photographs and a larger aperture to take better images and video in low light environments.

Although Galaxy S20 FE is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy S6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy S6. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy Galaxy S6, giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
