The iPhone 12 mini has an overall score of 88.5, which is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S6's score of 83.5. Although the iPhone 12 mini is just a little bit thicker than Samsung Galaxy S6, it's a little lighter and also a lot newer. The iPhone 12 mini comes with iOS 14.x operating system, while Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with Android 5.0 operating system.
