Comparison review
Galaxy S6 has an overall score of 87.3, which is a bit better than the LG Velvet's global score of 87.1. The Galaxy S6 is an way older phone than LG Velvet, but Samsung was able to build it thinner and a lot lighter. Galaxy S6 has a much sharper screen than LG Velvet, because although it has a much smaller display, it also counts with a better pixels number in each inch in the display and a little higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
The LG Velvet has a lot bigger memory capacity to store more apps and games than Galaxy S6, and although they both have equal internal storage, the LG Velvet also has a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 1,95 TB. Galaxy S6 has a bit better CPU than LG Velvet, because although it has less RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a 64-bits CPU and a graphics co-processor.
LG Velvet has a better camera than Galaxy S6, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the LG Velvet also has a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a back facing camera with a much better 48 MP resolution and a larger camera aperture.
LG Velvet counts with a really longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has a 69% more battery capacity.
Although Samsung Galaxy S6 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the LG Velvet, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the LG Velvet. If you prefer to save some dollars, you can get LG Velvet, letting go a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
