Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has an overall score of 85.7, which is slightly better than LG G7 ThinQ's 81 overall score. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has older 5.0 version and LG G7 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie. The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge design is somewhat lighter and just a little bit thinner than LG G7 ThinQ, although it was released 3 years before.
The Galaxy S6 Edge has a bit superior CPU than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has 1 GB less RAM memory, and they both have 8 processing cores, the Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a 64-bits CPU and an additional graphics co-processor. Galaxy S6 Edge has a bit better looking screen than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a just a little greater number of pixels in each display inch.
The LG G7 ThinQ features much more memory to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a SD memory slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. LG G7 ThinQ features a bit better battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 3000mAh battery size.
The LG G7 ThinQ takes way better photographs and videos than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a tinier sensor which provides a worse photo and video quality, and they both have the same video resolution, the same resolution back-facing camera and the same video frame rate, the LG G7 ThinQ also counts with a larger camera aperture to take better captures and videos in poorly lited situations.
Although Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG G7 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG G7 ThinQ. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy S6 Edge, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the LG G7 ThinQ, letting go some specs and features.
