Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 is much better than the Sony Xperia Z3, with an 87.3 score against 75.8. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy S6 has the newer 5.0 version and Sony Xperia Z3 has Android 4.4.4 version, so it provides the user some additional features and optimized performance. The Galaxy S6 is a a little bit lighter and a little bit thinner phone than Sony Xperia Z3, even when both were released with only 7 months difference.
The Galaxy S6 has a little faster processing unit than Xperia Z3, and although they both have a 3 GB RAM, the Galaxy S6 also has more processing cores (although slower), a 64-bits CPU and a better graphics co-processor working at 650 MHz. The Galaxy S6 counts with a bit sharper screen than Xperia Z3, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and a better pixels number per inch of screen.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with a very superior memory capacity for apps and games than Xperia Z3, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 112 GB more internal storage capacity. Xperia Z3 features a little bit better camera than Galaxy S6, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for low-light photography, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and the same video frame rate, the Xperia Z3 also counts with a camera with lot more mega pixels and a bigger sensor which gives a better photo and video quality.
The Xperia Z3 counts with greater battery life than Galaxy S6, because it has 3100mAh of battery capacity instead of 2550mAh.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 costs a lot more money than the Sony Xperia Z3, but you can get a better phone for that few more dollars.
