The Motorola RAZR HD is just a bit better than the Sonim XP8, with a 64.5 score against 62.3. Both phones in our current comparison include Android OS (operating system), but Motorola RAZR HD has the previous 4.0.4 version while Sonim XP8 has Android 7.0 Nougat. Motorola RAZR HD's body is incredibly lighter and way thinner than the Sonim XP8, despite of the fact that it was released many years before.
The Sonim XP8 features a little bit better performance than Motorola RAZR HD, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processing unit, it also counts with a greater number of faster cores and a larger amount of RAM. The Sonim XP8 and the Motorola RAZR HD have very similar screens, although the Motorola RAZR HD has a quite smaller screen, a lot less pixels per display inch and a way worse 1280 x 720 resolution.
Motorola RAZR HD has a little bit better camera than Sonim XP8, although it has a much lower 8 mega-pixels resolution back facing camera. The Sonim XP8 has a much greater storage to install games and applications than Motorola RAZR HD, because it has a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 128 GB and more internal memory.
Sonim XP8 has a way better battery lifetime than Motorola RAZR HD, because it has a 94 percent more battery size.
Motorola RAZR HD is not only the best phones in this comparison, but it's also a lot cheaper.
