Comparison review

The Xperia Z3 is just a bit better than the Motorola Moto G7, getting a 77.3 score against 75.2. The Xperia Z3 is a older and somewhat thicker phone than Motorola Moto G7, but Sony was able to build it a little lighter anyway. Both phones we are comparing here include Android operating system, but Xperia Z3 has the previous 4.4.4 version while Motorola Moto G7 has Android 9.0 Pie.

Sony Xperia Z3 counts with a way better looking display than Motorola Moto G7, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px and a quite smaller screen, it also counts with a little bit more pixels per inch of display. The Moto G7 features a much better storage to store more apps and games than Sony Xperia Z3, because it has a SD memory slot that allows up to 512 GB and 32 GB more internal memory.

The Xperia Z3 has a bit more powerful processor than Moto G7, because although it has an inferior number of cores (but faster) and a smaller amount of RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. Xperia Z3 captures a bit better photographs and videos than Moto G7, because although it has a tinier camera aperture, and they both have the same video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Xperia Z3 also counts with a camera with a way higher resolution.

The Sony Xperia Z3 has just a little bit longer battery performance than Moto G7, because it has a 3200mAh battery capacity against 3000mAh.

Although Xperia Z3 is a better device, it costs more money than the Moto G7, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Moto G7. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Xperia Z3, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Moto G7, resigning a couple features and specs.
