Comparison review
The Galaxy S6 is a bit better than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, with an 85.1 score against 79.8. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but the Galaxy S6 has older 5.0 version and Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has Android 5.1 version. Even though Galaxy S6 and the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium were released only a couple of months apart, Galaxy S6 is somewhat thinner and much lighter.
Samsung Galaxy S6 counts with a bit superior CPU than Xperia Z5 Premium, and although they both have 8 cores and 3 GB of RAM, the Samsung Galaxy S6 also has a faster graphics co-processor and a 64 bits processing unit. The Xperia Z5 Premium has a bit sharper screen than Galaxy S6, because it has a higher amount of pixels per screen inch, a way better 3840 x 2160 resolution and a little bit larger display.
The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium counts with more storage capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy S6, because although it has only 32 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 200 GB. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has better battery duration than Galaxy S6, because it has a 35% greater battery capacity.
The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium captures clearer pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy S6, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same video frame rate, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also has a larger aperture for better low light captures and videos, a back camera with much more mega-pixels and a bigger back-facing camera sensor taking better quality videos and pictures.
The Galaxy S6 not only is the best devices of the ones in this comparison, but it's also cheaper than the other phone.
