Google Nexus 10 has a general score of 68.1, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1's 67.2 score. Both of these tablets use Android OS, but the Google Nexus 10 has newer 5.1 version and Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 has Android 4.4.2 version, so it gives lots of additional features. Despite being the best in this review, the Google Nexus 10 design is older, thicker and somewhat heavier than the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1.
The Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features a bit superior processor than Google Nexus 10, because although it has less RAM memory, it also counts with 2 more processing cores and a graphics processor. The Google Nexus 10 has a better looking display than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, and although they both have a screen with the same size, the Google Nexus 10 also has a way better pixel density and a lot higher 1600 x 2560 pixels resolution.
Google Nexus 10 counts with a much better camera than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has a much better 1920x1080 (Full HD) video quality and a lot better resolution back facing camera. Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 features just a bit more storage for apps and games than Google Nexus 10, because although it has only 16 GB internal memory, it also counts with a SD card slot that admits up to 64 GB.
The Google Nexus 10 features longer battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, because it has 9000mAh of battery capacity against 6800mAh.
Although Google Nexus 10 is a better device, it is more expensive than Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy Tab 4 10.1. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Google Nexus 10, else you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1, resigning some features and specifications.
