Google Nexus 7 (2013) is a lot better than the Galaxy Tab 4G LTE, getting a score of 70.7 against 53.3. Google Nexus 7 (2013)'s design is noticeably newer, extremely thinner and much lighter than the Galaxy Tab 4G LTE. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Google Nexus 7 (2013) has a newer 5.0 version and Galaxy Tab 4G LTE has Android 2.2, so it provides some nice extra features and a performance increase.
