Microsoft Surface Pro 6 is a bit better than the Apple iPad Air 2, getting a score of 81.5 against 77.1. The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 is a extremely newer tablet than Apple iPad Air 2, although it's way thicker and heavier. The Microsoft Surface Pro 6 works with Windows 10 operating system, while Apple iPad Air 2 has iOS 8.x operating system.
IPad Air 2 has a sharper screen than Microsoft Surface Pro 6, although it has a bit less pixels per inch in the screen, a much smaller screen and a lot worse 2048 x 1536 resolution. So if you want that extra features, you can buy the Microsoft Surface Pro 6, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Apple iPad Air 2, giving up some features and specs.
