The Galaxy Note 8.0 is a bit better than Galaxy View 2, with a general score of 68.4 against 65.3. Both tablets in this review work with Android OS (Operating System), but Galaxy Note 8.0 has older 4.4.2 version while Galaxy View 2 has Android 8.1 Oreo. The Galaxy Note 8.0 is an noticeably older tablet than the Galaxy View 2, but Samsung managed to make it much thinner and much lighter.
The Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy View 2, because although it has 4 less CPU cores and a lower amount of RAM, it also counts with a GPU. Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 counts with a better looking display than Samsung Galaxy View 2, because although it has a lot smaller display and a much lower resolution of 800 x 1280px, it also counts with a better pixels density.
The Galaxy Note 8.0 takes much clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy View 2. The Galaxy View 2 features a way bigger memory to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has more internal storage and an external memory card slot that supports a maximum of 400 GB. The Galaxy View 2 features a much longer battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0, because it has a 161% bigger battery capacity.
The Galaxy Note 8.0 not only is the best tablets in our comparison, but it's also by far the cheapest.
