Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is a lot better than Acer Iconia One 8, getting a global score of 68.5 against 53.7. Even though Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 is way older and somewhat heavier than Acer Iconia One 8, it's design is still thinner. These tablets include Android OS, but Amazon Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 has older 4.2.2 version and Acer Iconia One 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop.
