The Blackview Oscal Pad 15 is much better than the Acer Iconia One 8, with a 63.8 score against 53.7. Both of these tablets use Android operating system, but the Blackview Oscal Pad 15 has an older 13 version while Acer Iconia One 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop.
