Comparison review
Huawei MediaPad M1 has an overall score of 61.5, which is much better than Acer Iconia One 8's overall score of 53.7. Both tablets in our current comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei MediaPad M1 has older 4.2.2 version and Acer Iconia One 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version. Although Huawei MediaPad M1 is older than Acer Iconia One 8, it's design is a bit lighter and somewhat thinner.
Huawei MediaPad M1 counts with just a bit better processing power than Acer Iconia One 8. They have the same number of cores and 1 GB of RAM. The Huawei MediaPad M1 features a brighter display than Acer Iconia One 8. Both have the same 1280 x 800 resolution, the same pixel density and a display of the same size.
Acer Iconia One 8 features a superior memory to store more games and applications than Huawei MediaPad M1, because it has 16 GB internal memory capacity and a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 128 GB. The Huawei MediaPad M1 features just a bit better battery duration than Acer Iconia One 8, because it has a 4800mAh battery size instead of 4600mAh.
Acer Iconia One 8 features a slightly better camera than Huawei MediaPad M1. Both of them have a back-facing camera with a 5 megapixels resolution.
