Microsoft Surface 2 has a score of 63.4, which is much better than Acer Iconia One 8's score of 53.7. Even though Microsoft Surface 2 is noticeably older and much heavier than Acer Iconia One 8, it's body is still just a little bit thinner. The Microsoft Surface 2 has Windows RT 8.1 OS, and Acer Iconia One 8 works with Android 5.1 Lollipop OS.
Microsoft Surface 2 counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Acer Iconia One 8, and although they both have 4 processing cores, the Microsoft Surface 2 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Microsoft Surface 2 counts with a brighter display than Acer Iconia One 8, because it has a much larger display, a bit greater pixels density and a way higher resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels.
Microsoft Surface 2 counts with a greater memory capacity to store more games and applications than Acer Iconia One 8, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
