Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is better than the Acer Iconia One 8, with a overall score of 63.5 against 53.7. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has 4.0 version while Acer Iconia One 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE construction is somewhat thinner but a little heavier than the Acer Iconia One 8.
Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has a brighter display than Acer Iconia One 8, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have exactly the same 800 x 1280 resolution, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE also counts with a little bit better display pixel density. The Acer Iconia One 8 counts with a bigger memory for apps and games than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the Acer Iconia One 8 also has a SD memory slot that admits up to 128 GB.
The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE and Acer Iconia One 8 both have quite similar CPUs, because although the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has less cores (although faster), and they both have 1 GB of RAM memory, it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has a little longer battery life than Acer Iconia One 8, because it has an 11 percent larger battery capacity.
Acer Iconia One 8 features a little bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because it has a lot more megapixels camera in the back.
Although Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Acer Iconia One 8, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Acer Iconia One 8. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Acer Iconia One 8, resigning some specifications.
