Comparison review

The Galaxy Tab E is much better than the Acer Iconia One 8, having a score of 60.7 against 53.7. Although Galaxy Tab E and the Acer Iconia One 8 were released with only 6 months difference, Galaxy Tab E's body is thinner but also incredibly heavier than the Acer Iconia One 8. Both tablets in our current comparison have Android OS, but the Galaxy Tab E has an older 4.4 version and Acer Iconia One 8 has Android 5.1 Lollipop version.

Acer Iconia One 8 and Galaxy Tab E both count with quite similar CPUs, and although the Galaxy Tab E has more RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. The Acer Iconia One 8 has a little bit better looking screen than Galaxy Tab E, because although it has a little smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 800 x 1280, the Acer Iconia One 8 also counts with a little bit better screen pixels density.

The Galaxy Tab E shoots much better photos and videos than Acer Iconia One 8. Both have a same resolution camera in the back. The Acer Iconia One 8 features a greater memory capacity for applications and games than Samsung Galaxy Tab E, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that holds a maximum of 128 GB, the Acer Iconia One 8 also has 8 GB more internal memory.

The Galaxy Tab E has a little longer battery lifetime than Acer Iconia One 8, because it has a 9 percent greater battery size.
