Comparison review
The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 has a general score of 64.9, which is much better than the Acer Iconia One 8's overall score of 53.7. Both tablets in this review include the same Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. Galaxy Tab E 8.0's design is just a little heavier but just a little thinner than the Acer Iconia One 8, and both were only released with a couple months difference.
The Acer Iconia One 8 counts with a little sharper screen than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0. Both have a screen of the same size, a better pixels quantity per screen inch and exactly the same 800 x 1280 resolution. Acer Iconia One 8 has a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0, although it has lesser RAM, they both have a Quad-Core processing unit.
The Galaxy Tab E 8.0 captures greater pictures and videos than Acer Iconia One 8. They have a same resolution back facing camera. Acer Iconia One 8 and Samsung Galaxy Tab E 8.0 have extremely similar storage capacity to store more apps and games, both have equal 16 GB internal storage and a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 128 GB.
Galaxy Tab E 8.0 features just a bit better battery lifetime than Acer Iconia One 8, because it has a 9 percent more battery capacity.
