Comparison review
Acer Predator 8 has a global score of 57.7, which is just a bit better than the Acer Iconia Tab A510's score of 55.4. The Acer Predator 8 design is incredibly newer, a lot thinner and extremely lighter than Acer Iconia Tab A510. Both of these tablets come with Android OS (operating system), but Acer Predator 8 has newer 5.1 Lollipop version while Acer Iconia Tab A510 has Android 4.0 version, giving you lots of additional features and better performance.
Acer Predator 8 has a bit sharper display than Acer Iconia Tab A510, because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with a lot more pixels per screen inch and a lot higher resolution of 1200 x 1920. Acer Predator 8 has a bit superior CPU than Acer Iconia Tab A510, and although they both have a Quad-Core CPU, the Acer Predator 8 also has more RAM memory.
Acer Predator 8 has a better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Acer Iconia Tab A510, and although they both have the same internal memory capacity, the Acer Predator 8 also has an external SD slot that holds up to 128 GB. Acer Predator 8 features a superior camera than Acer Iconia Tab A510. Both of them have a same resolution back-facing camera.
Acer Iconia Tab A510 has a much longer battery life than Acer Predator 8, because it has a 9800mAh battery capacity.
Although Acer Predator 8 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Acer Iconia Tab A510, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Acer Iconia Tab A510. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Acer Iconia Tab A510, giving up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your budget.
