Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has a global score of 68.7, which is much better than Acer Iconia Tab A510's 55.4 global score. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch has 4.2.2 version while Acer Iconia Tab A510 has Android 4.0 version, so it offers some nice extra features.
