Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is much better than the Acer Iconia Tab A510, with a 63.5 score against 55.4. The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is a noticeably thinner and notably lighter device than Acer Iconia Tab A510. Both devices in this comparison review use the same Android 4.0 OS (Operating System). The Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE's processor is very similar to the processing unit in Acer Iconia Tab A510, because although the Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has an inferior number of cores , and they both have a 1 GB RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics processing unit.

The Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE counts with a better display than Acer Iconia Tab A510, because although it has a really smaller display, and they both have the same exact 800 x 1280 resolution, the Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE also counts with more pixels per inch of screen. Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE has a bit better camera than Acer Iconia Tab A510, although it has a much lower 3.2 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera and a worse (HD) video resolution.

Acer Iconia Tab A510 counts with a superior memory capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, and although they both have a SD memory card expansion slot that holds up to 32 GB, the Acer Iconia Tab A510 also has more internal memory capacity. The Acer Iconia Tab A510 features a much better battery performance than Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, because it has a 9800mAh battery size instead of 5100mAh.

Although Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Acer Iconia Tab A510, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as Acer Iconia Tab A510. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy Galaxy Tab 7.7 LTE, else you can save some dollars and get the Acer Iconia Tab A510, giving up some features and specifications.
