The Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has a score of 60.5, which is slightly better than the Acer Iconia Tab A510's general score of 55.4. Galaxy Tab A 9.7's design is extremely newer, thinner and notably lighter than Acer Iconia Tab A510. Both tablets we compare here have Android operating system, but Galaxy Tab A 9.7 has a more recent 7.1 Nougat version while Acer Iconia Tab A510 has Android 4.0, so it gives you lots of additional features and performance enhancements.
Acer Iconia Tab A510 has a sharper screen than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because it has a just a bit greater pixel density, a little bigger screen and a slightly better 800 x 1280 resolution. The Acer Iconia Tab A510 counts with a bit bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because although it has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports 96 GB smaller, it also counts with 32 GB internal storage.
Acer Iconia Tab A510 features a little bit better processing power than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, although it has 512 MB lesser RAM memory, they both have a Quad-Core CPU. The Acer Iconia Tab A510 features a way better battery lifetime than Galaxy Tab A 9.7, because it has a 63% larger battery capacity.
